Very nice Inn, Warm and friendly staff! Room was comfortable, clean and cozy. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful, a great way to start your day whatever your plans might be.
I spent 10 wonderful days hiking but more importantly enjoying the quiet ambiance of the Inn at Ellis River. The Owners and Manager became like an extended family and were so responsive to all my needs. The food was delightful and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I would definitely return to recharge in the future.
Amazing destination to get away from it all, relax and enjoy the hospitality! This Bed & Breakfast is a little slice of Heaven! The Inn is set back off the road so there's nothing but the peaceful sounds of the Ellis River behind it. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The hot tub in our room was just what we needed to unwind after a long day of adventures through out the area!! And the breakfast each morning was to die for!!! There was so much to do and see and the Inn is pretty centrally located to everywhere we wanted to visit without driving endlessly to get to anything!! Definitely an amazing find and highly recommend it!!!
Very quaint old inn with modern touches. Quiet atmosphere, very helpful and pleasant Inn keeper. Highly recommend.
My husband and I came to Inn at Ellis River as a mini honeymoon after we got married just for a couple days. Leading up to it Mary was so fast at communicating and making sure everything was all set for us when we would arrive. She was so prompt with any questions we had. We had bought the chocolate strawberries and champagne which was such a nice thing to get into the room to. Mary also booked us a couples massage instead of me having to do it during the crazy wedding time. The staff were so friendly checking in was so simple which made it easy to relax instantly. Breakfast was AMAZING!! The bacon was fantastic!!! The room was so nice with the 3 sided fireplace and Jacuzzi tub and the river view. The bed was also very comfortable and it was well taken care of. We will definitely be back on our anniversaries!! Thank you for an amazing stay.
